k u .co. mind our y think re #IFeelBetterWhen Geoff Beasley Geoff Beasley is an artist and painter based in Leicester. His main interest is to paint the city’s diverse, vibrant and brilliant people. Over the years, Geoff has studied art at Ravensbourne School of Art and Design, Nottingham Trent University, and the Royal Academy of Art. Today, he continues to pick up his brush to hone his craft. Geoff has exhibited at many places over the years. Some recent highlights include exhibiting at the 2014 BP Portrait Award, National Gallery; exhibiting at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters 2016 Summer Exhibition, Mall Galleries; and being commissioned to paint a portrait of Joseph Aloysius Hansom in 2008, which now hangs at Birmingham City Town Hall. Geoff is also currently an art tutor at the Attenborough Arts Centre, University of Leicester, in which he teaches a range of courses, including: Portraits and Figures and Drawing and Painting the Landscape.
