Hold for a few seconds… Now, let that breath go, consciously… How did it differ from a normal breath? Do your best to take at least one conscious breath, every day! Awareness is the key to our wellbeing. By being more aware of our thinking, our feelings and our body’s sensations, we come to know our triggers, our reactions, our habits. We live a more mindful life. Remember to: • Be kind to yourself • Remind yourself it’s ok to feel how you feel • Widen your perspective • Be accepting • Focus on what feels better • Smile at yourself • Be playful with life • Be mindful!
