‘It was a pleasure to read through such a great selection of poetry, enough for 2 or 3 little yellow books! We had to choose from so many well crafted and thoughtful entries. All the chosen pieces speak from unique, inspirational perspectives in different ways and voices, of wellbeing, feeling better and being positive. Congratulations and many thanks.’
Mellow Baku

‘It’s always difficult to pick out poems for a competition, and particularly in the case of the Rethink Your Mind project, as there is such a swell of positivity in all of the poems. Happily this means that a difficult process is also a pleasurable one. A competition may have to have winners, but I really hope that everyone who submitted keeps writing, as every poem I read had something worthwhile to say.’
Adam Horovitz
Poetry Assessor

‘it took me a long time to decide who the winners of this contest should be, the poems were all extremely good and inspiring congratulations to the winners and well done to you all.’
