Being able to express my creativity makes me feel happy.

This photograph was taken in Scotland. The peaceful, simple seascape and gliding bird represent the stillness of my mind during meditation, which I practice for wellbeing – it makes me feel better and happy.

I feel better when I am in a place of calm. We all need somewhere to shelter from time to time.

Taken in Devon in 2014, I was finally rewarded for my 1hour long effort of trying to stand up on a surf board next to my sister. A memory I will never forget, and a photo to prove I actually did it!!
