Leicester College students were tasked to create the cover art for the digital wellbeing resource being made available for all students and staff to download for free. After the success of the 1st edition, the project began to create the 2nd edition of The Leicester College Audio Yellow Book.
Students were asked to develop a piece of Art inspired by poetry featured in The Yellow Book from Des Mannay and Stephanie Rose. Alternatively they could create around the things that uplift and inspire them.
All of these fantastic pieces pieces below were submitted and we are delighted that Acclaimed Body Artist Emma Fay and Siyuan Ren aka The Peony Girl have assessed the entries. Scroll down here to enjoy them all
The Audio Yellow Book is a digital wellbeing resource, providing simple tools, practices, spoken word and music with the aim to help empower people in maintaining their health. This personalised version of the resource features cover art and music created within the college and is made available for all to download for free.
Students and staff also have access to The Yellow Book online flipbook which mirrors up to the audio download.
Thanks to all involved in the project! It’s been fantastic to work with Natalie Ventrone and the creative arts and media team at Leicester College.
