I was a lost soul
Searching for support
I walked into a Spiritual Gift Shop
Left the place with a new thought
A lady on the tills
Looking lonely and lost like me
The feel of being trapped
And crying to be set free
We shared thoughts and emotions
Felt a soul sister connection
Now we have become best friends
Pray for all sending love, light and protection
She knows when I am struggling
When hiding my trouble
But she fixes it with her kind words
Making me feel blessed in our friendship bubble
She tells me ‘You have got this’
And reminds me how far I have come
