I feel better when I’m with friends,
out and about, seeing the sights.
I like a turn round the park,
on warm summer nights –
or on any day, really.
I feel worse when I just sit thinking,
so I try to get out every day.
Even if it’s raining,
that won’t block my way.
Fresh air and light and company,
are my simple strategy,
to send the blues away.
