Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust offers a wide range of health and social care services in south east London, specialising in community health, mental health and learning disability services.

We have been the main provider of specialist mental health care in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich for more than ten years and have developed a comprehensive portfolio of services in community and hospital settings.

We provide adult learning disability services across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich as well as forensic mental health care across south east London and in Kent Prisons.

We also provide a range of physical health services to adults and children in the community in the boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich.

These range from health visitors working with the very young to district nurses and therapists meeting the physical health needs of older people.

We provide care for people of all ages and work closely with a variety of partners to ensure that our services are well-integrated and wide-ranging.

We have a workforce of around 3,300 people including many highly skilled health and social care professionals. We have over 110 sites in a variety of locations.
