I love my dog
And his wagging tail
When I prepare his tea
He starts to wail
He loves his food
He loves me more
He tells me every day
When he gives me his paw.
I love my cat
And he loves me
I stroke him softly
As he sits on my knee
He’s soft and silky
With smooth shiny fur
He snuggles right down
And thanks me with a purr.
