Recently my son was in hospital. He has profound hearing loss and the operation was for Cochlear Implants. The surgery went well but his recovery was tough and we had an extended stay in hospital. Putting my headphones on and listening to music helped get me through some tough times. Music is always there for us, to comfort, to inspire, to help release emotions! It’s interesting to think about this in terms of my sons hearing loss and what he can hear/will be able to hear. This image is about connecting with music, emotions and also with nature. I think both music and nature have come to the forefront in many peoples live over the last year. This is certainly the case for myself. And I am deeply appreciative for both.
